Flexibility

There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to flexibility at Akaysha. We understand that flexibility is about more than working from home or working in an office environment. We look for opportunities to embrace flexibility in all its forms to enable our people to do their best work, while managing all the varied responsibilities that come with being a human!

Akaysha is a global team, and while we love the vibe in our offices, we’re set up to be fully remote compatible. This means that the working experience for everyone, whether in the office, in an entirely remote role, or a hybrid style, should and will be seamless with us.

Depending on the role you are in, and where you are located, where you work might look slightly different. You might be:

Site Based

Due to the nature and responsibilities of your work, you’ll spend the majority of your time on one of our battery sites, in either a construction or operational capacity, or in one of our offices.

Hybrid

You have the flexibility to work from home or an Akaysha office. We encourage everyone who can, to make the most of our office spaces and spend time collaborating with, and learning from, their colleagues.

Remote

If you don’t live close to one of our offices, you’ll work primarily from home or a local co-working space. Our remote team is always welcome in the office and we enable travel to connect you with your team in person.
